FAQ for Sarah Elizabeth Photography Weddings
Q. Is a wedding consultation necessary?
A. No… I do prefer to meet you in person, but I have the ability to skype, or contact you over the phone. I do HIGHLY recommend an in-person consult because you will get a good feel for my personality, which is a good idea considering I will spend more hours of the day with you than your spouse. 😉
Q. What will happen at the consultation?
A. Honestly, first I love to hear about how you and your significant other met! Then we can chat about the plans that you have for the wedding day and what your photo needs are. I have a custom questionnaire that usually helps couples think about aspects of the wedding that they may not have occured to them yet, and it’s ok if you don’t know the answers. Then I will show you my contract and answer any questions you have about it. Lastly, I will go over the packages that I offer and what is included in each, and chug some yummy coffee while we chat. 🙂
Q. Does the consultation commit me to book you?
A. Absolutely not! It gives you the opportunity to find out if I am a good fit for you, personality wise and photographically. I love meeting brides and grooms, even if we don’t end up working together. It can help you figure out what you are looking for in a photographer.
Q. Do you use a second photographer?
A. Always! I have some really awesome and extremely talented second shooters who shoot in the same style as I so that your gallery will flow from the beginning to the end.
Q. Do you have backup gear?
A. Yes, I have at least two of everything!
Q. Will you shoot small ceremonies?
A. Yes! I can customize a package for events that last hours shorter than typical weddings.
Q. Do you require a vendor meal for you and your other shooter?
A. Yes; you don’t want us passing out on the dance floor! 🙂
Q. Where can I find info about your wedding packages?
A. You can find packages and pricing on the info page, and I will be happy to answer any questions that you have about what is included!
